We are a licensed, family-owned mobile unit specializing in traditional Mexican food. We are able to cater additional types of meals including American, Italian, and French dishes.
Our specialties include: tacos, tostadas, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, and more. We carry a variety of drinks, such as sodas, juices, tea, lemonade, and bottled water.
Recently, we've added fish tacos as a special and they've become our most popular item. So we'll be adding them to our permanent menu soon. Next we'll give the flautas a try!
Current events:
We are currently working two farmer's markets. Sundays from 10:00-2:00 we are at Belmar in Lakewood. Our cart is located at the east end in front of the Elephant Bar. This market runs June through September. Tuesdays from 10:00-2:00 we are at the Evergreen Farmer's Market in the Bergen Park shopping center across from King Sooper's. This market runs June through October.
This year, we will be at Summerfest again in Evergreen on Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17. The park is located off Highway 73 in front of the Center for the Arts and the Recreation Center.
We have cut back on festivals this year to concentrate on the markets where people can find us on a weekly basis. Currently, we are working on a chance for a permanent location. We'll keep you posted on where you can find us!
