Profiles

Francisco has a degree in culinary arts with approximately twenty years experience in the food service industry.  "Actually," he says, "I started cooking when I was about five years old.  I was the oldest of six kids and my mom needed me to help take care of my brothers and sisters."  Francisco has worked for some of the Denver area's most prestigious restaurants and chefs, from casual to elegant dining.




Kim has been a public school teacher for many years.  "I really never thought that I would have my own business.  My favorite part is getting to know the people who come to our food cart.  I love when they express their satisfaction with the amazing flavor that is Francisco's cooking!  Most people ask where our restaurant is and right now, well, this is it!  Maybe some day . . . . "
